Kumquat & Mint Soda
Like everyone else I have a bit of an obsession with Topo Chico sparkling water. It is my go to for those perfect bubbles. Every once in a while I do like to add a little flavor to my water by freezing some mint and sliced kumquats in my IceTopper Plus. Not only does it look great in a glass but it also adds a refreshing citrus mint flavor. Don’t have any kumquats? Any sliced citrus will do the trick.

Recipe
▢ Sliced kumquat (or any citrus will do)
▢ Chopped mint leaves (use basil as an alternative)
▢ Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water
Add your sliced kumquat and mint leaves to your favorite IceTopper product. Add Topo Chico and freeze. Add your kumquat mint infused ice to your choice glass and top off with more Topo Chico! Enjoy this refreshing beverage anytime of day or night.
