It is believed that a bartender in 1925 at the Ritz Hotel in Paris, created the mimosa. This classic brunch cocktail is the perfect company for eggs benedict or your favorite omelet.
Who doesn't love options with their Mimosa? I will use different varietals of freshly squeezed citrus and freeze them by using my IceTopper Plus. Recipe
▢ Freshly squeezed orange juice
▢ Freshly squeezed grapefruit
▢ Sparkling Wine
Place freshly squeezed juices in a IceTopper Plus and leave in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Once frozen place a few cubes in a glass and top off with your favorite Sparkling Wine. Cheers!!
