When it’s cold outside and I’m at home reading a book I typically like to make myself a cup of tea. This is a nice alternative to loose leaf teas with the added health benefits. Just drop a couple of cubes in your favorite mug and add hot water. Instant Ginger Lemon Hot Tea. Nice thing about this recipe is that you can also use it in other dishes like stir fries or anytime your sautéing vegetables for added flavor.
Recipe
▢ 1 thumb, ginger, peeled
▢ 1 lemon, squeezed
▢ 3 cups water
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and combine until smooth. I blended mine for approximately 3 minutes to completely puree the ginger. Transfer to an IceTopper Plus and freeze for at least 3 hours. Add two ice cubes with hot water for instant Hot Tea.
