Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MyTopper. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items are refunded in the original method of payment and at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, and less any shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@prestagon.com with your order number and which items you’d like to return. Optionally, please let us know the reason for your return. We will contact you within 1-2 business days with next steps. Returns or refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
