Healthy Granola bites are the perfect hearty snack because they keep you full for hours and don’t provide a sugar overload. Plus, they pack in plenty of healthy fats from the almonds and peanut butter, and lots of fiber from the oats. Afternoon and mid-morning snack, solved.

These Granola Bites are both healthy and easy to make. I like to make these in the beginning of the week for those Grab-N-Go moments when I don’t have time to prepare myself a healthy snack. The IceTopperXL makes for the perfect portion amount and allows me to store them in the fridge with ease.
▢ 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
▢ ¼ cup of sliced almonds
▢ ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds
▢ ¼ cup of toasted coconut
▢ 2 tbsp of Agave Syrup
▢ 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
▢ 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
▢ pinch of salt
Optional step: Toast your oats (and nuts if raw) in a 350-degree F (176 C) oven for 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Otherwise, leave them raw. (I prefer the toasted flavor)
Combine oats and the nuts with the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to an IceTopperXL and press down firmly until uniformly flattened, which helps them hold together better. Store the bites in the airtight IceTopperXL for up to a few days or keep them in the freezer to keep them extra fresh, but it isn’t necessary.
