Strawberry Mint Iced Green Tea

Green tea is loaded with antioxidants. Among its benefits, it may help support brain function and fat loss, help reduce the chance of developing heart disease, and offer some protection against cancer.

Strawberry Mint Iced Green Tea
I like to make a large batch of green tea for the week. It's a nice caffeine alternative to coffee.  Making the ice cubes with the IceTopperXL is so easy. There is plenty of space for the cut strawberries and mint. Not only does it look great in the glass but it also helps to not dilute the drink. Another way to use the ice cubes is with some vodka and soda water. It will add just the right amount of flavor added to your cocktail.

Recipe

▢  8 Medium sized Strawberries

▢  4 Green Tea Bags

▢  1 Bunch of fresh Mint

First add 32oz of cold water with your tea bags to a container and leave in the fridge overnight to brew.  The following day you can chop your strawberries and tear some mint leafs and place them in the IceTopper XL. Next you will add your brewed green tea from the day before. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen. Once they are frozen you can add them to your brewed tea or even use them in a cocktail.
